General rules

Course closure

Before leaving, please check the current status of the golf course (open / closed / carry bags required or not / handicarts allowed or not, and so on). That information can be seen via the button at the bottom right of the website (determined daily by the (head) greenkeeper in the morning in daylight).

In case of fog, a temporary closure may take place. Depending on the lifting of the fog, the marshal on duty, or in his absence the (head) green keeper, will decide whether or not to open the course. The criterion for this is: good visibility of the bunker of hole 1. A temporary closure will not be announced on the website, but will be indicated by placing a red flag at the information board.

If members ignore all these instructions and enter the course, the board will not hesitate to remind these members of their responsibility and deny access to the course for a short period of time.

Access clubhouse / locker room

The entrance to the locker room is closed at night by a security fence. The fence is connected to the burglar alarm. In the morning, it can be opened using the green button (to the left of the fence), the fence goes up and remains open throughout the day. When the access door to the locker room is still closed, it can be opened via the QR code reader (to the left of the door) using the code on your NGF pass.

Bag labels

  • Membership labels are clearly attached to golf equipment.
  • Control of membership labels will be granted upon the first request of a course official.
  • Membership labels will be replaced annually. If the old label is not returned, a fee of €15 will be due.

Use of range balls

Range balls may only be used on the driving range. During lessons with the Pro, they may be used on the practice course and practice green. Range balls are the property of the club and may not be taken with you. Violation of this rule will result in suspension.

Reserving tee times for members

Members can reserve a tee time (via Golf Dashboard) from the 16th day at 19:00 before their desired golf day.

  • Reserving a tee time in advance can only be done via website or your Golfdashboard, or via the reception desk.
  • A member can book for a maximum of 4 people.
The main booker + flight mates will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.
  • A member can NOT pre-book with another flight via the digital reservation system.
This can be done in the following ways:
    1. Call the main flight booker and ask him/her to rebook you.
    2. Call the reception desk to say in which flights you want to be rebooked (after agreement of the main booker).
  • Each player should check in before his/her round of golf via the Golf Dashboard by scanning the QR code published in and around the clubhouse. This can be done from one hour before the reserved tee time. If you cannot check in via your Golf Dashboard, please report to the reception desk or marshal prior to your round of golf and they will check you in.
  • Unchecked rounds are registered as no-shows.
  • Guests are received at the reception desk and checked in after payment. If the reception desk is closed, the hospitality team is informed and will receive guests.
  • Questions about your Golf Dashboard? Check here for useful manuals or answers to frequently asked questions.
