The Course Management Committee is responsible and largely advisory for strategic and tactical course management activities and is involved in planning and realisation of (physical) changes to the course. Operational management for course maintenance is the primary responsibility of the head greenkeeper. Implementation is carried out by contractor SBA Golf & Groen BV.
The course commissioner is point of contact and discussion partner for the head greenkeeper. In consultation, they decide whether to do it themselves or outsource parts of the course maintenance and whether or not to hire external experts.
In order to properly fulfil the task assigned to us, we will work from a clear framework, including a vision of the course and management plan approved by the board and members, both in terms of the landscape and the playing techniques. Periodic feedback and consultation takes place with the contact person of the board. Here, the course commissioner will report on his assigned responsibility in terms of financial and material management.
